To access the journal's open access content (first issue plus any issues that are older than six months), readers are required to complete the free registration process. To do this, please use the Register link at the top of the homepage for the journal. This registration will result in the reader receiving the Table of Contents by email for each new issue of the journal.

The process allows the journal to claim a certain level of support or readership, and enables its management/editorial team to provide reader demographic information to potential sponsors. (See the journal's Privacy Statement.)
